The result showed when common montmorillonite , in which the mass fraction of montmorillonite was 75 % , was used as modifier , the bending modulus of the compound increased by more than 60 % , impact strength increased by a factor of 2 , recovery ratio reduced 35 % , and the compound had good processability 結(jié)果表明,在采用蒙脫石質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為75 %的普通蒙脫土?xí)r,專用料彎曲模量提高60 %以上,沖擊強(qiáng)度提高一倍,回縮率降低35 % ,并且加工性能良好。
The results show that fsmf can improve the bend modulus of the resin cast clearly , but reduce the tensile strength . in the suitable content of filler ( not more than 30 % in this experiment ) , fsmf can improve the tensile modulus and bend strength . in the suitable content of filler ( 20 % ~ 30 % in this experiment ) , fsmf can improve the toughness of the resin cast 結(jié)果表明: fsmf顯著提高樹脂澆鑄體的彎曲模量,但降低拉伸強(qiáng)度;在合適的填料含量(本實(shí)驗(yàn)中為30 )下, fsmf可提高樹脂澆鑄體的拉抻模量和彎曲強(qiáng)度;在合適的填料含量(本實(shí)驗(yàn)中為20 30 )下, fsmf可起到增韌效果,改善樹脂澆鑄體的斷裂韌性。
The results of the experiment are as follows : the bend strength , bend modulus , stiffness and toughness of the mortar layer will be improved when add 30 % fsmf to resin . the axis tensile strength , stiffness , hardness and weariessness of winding layer will be improved when add 25 % ~ 30 % fsmf to resin 提出了應(yīng)用設(shè)想并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明:在樹脂中加入30 %的fsmf ,可提高夾砂層的彎曲強(qiáng)度、彎曲模量、剛度和韌性;在樹脂中加入25吠尸30 %的fsmf ,可提高纏繞層的軸向拉伸強(qiáng)度、剛度、硬度和耐磨性,降低成本。
